With a new business and brand concept that started rolling out in 2019, Elon rapidly transformed into a major player in the Nordic market for home appliances. In November 2021, when this article is written, The Elon Group is still showing wonderful progress. Two years in a row Elon has been appointed “Retailer of the year” in Sweden.

In 2018/2019, a multidisciplinary For One team worked side by side with the board of directors and management teams of Elon Group AB to reshape the strategies and concept.

“We identified an opportunity for a more compassionate, humanistic and service-minded brand with a wider offering and customer reach.”
The list of initiatives and activities to transform the Elon business and brand is long. It included new business and brand strategy, assortment strategies, marketing strategy, e-com strategy, store concepts, brand identity, service development, internal alignment, and much much more.
